Statement

A dream of many ideas coming together with great passion and an opportunity ceased is how HRTC was born. Our objectives at building HRTC, was to create an entity independent in all aspects of Oil & Gas field operations and services.

In 1984, I started working in the oil and gas field as an employee, particularly in the seismic survey, where I gradually developed in working in various departments of exploration and production operations. In 1993, I started to establish the Hassan Rubeiya Group of Companies (HRGCO) in the field of oil, gas and minerals services, which made me a pioneer in this field at the local and international levels, where we professionally expanded in 2012 in founding HRTC in Yemen and registered in Ajman, UAE 2019.

As Chairman, it is with great pride to see that HRTC has successfully planned and managed its’ transformation to compete at both regional and international level since its inception in 2009.

HRTC continues its inexhaustible efforts to maintain a high standard of performance and will constantly focus and aspire to eventually become the leading Industrial Oilfield provider of turnkey procurement solutions in the Middle east and Africa.

We are confident that we will continue to offer cost effective, efficient, safe and comprehensive operations and services to petroleum and energy industries.
